How do I create a business?

After signing up, select "Business Owner" and follow the prompts to create your business. You'll receive an invite code to share with your workers.

How do workers join my business?

Workers download BluTrack, select "Worker" during signup, and enter your business invite code found on your Dashboard.

How do I start tracking my location?

Workers must start a shift from the Home screen. Location tracking only occurs during active shifts.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email to receive a reset link.

Why isn't my location showing correctly?

Make sure you've granted BluTrack location permissions in your device settings. For best accuracy, enable "Always Allow" or "While Using" location access.

How do I view my work history?

Go to the History tab in the app to see your past shifts, routes, and job completions.
